The “Friends on the Silk Road” Happy Spring Project Time：2019/09/30

The “Friends on the Silk Road” Happy Spring Project is a livelihood-improvement project jointly implemented by the Foundation and the Alliance Forum. According to the agreement, the Foundation will fund the Alliance Forum to build two hundred deep water wells in Bati District and Borei Chulsar District of Takeo Province to solve the water shortage problem for tens of thousands of local families. The project was officially started in September 2018 and is expected to be completed and delivered in September 2019.
