In August 2018, According the Agreement, the project of “Friends on Silk Road”5 primary schools sponsored by CFPD to each that has to be including five classrooms, one director’s office and one teachers’ office and be facilitated with lights and fans and so forth. All of the five primary schools dwelled areas have suffered severe floods in the past two years. And therefore, the intention of CFPD’s sponsorship for the post-disaster reconstructions is to support the Lao people and governments through practical actions, and to help them resume their normal life as soon as possible.
