CFPD Working Group Conducts Research Visit in Pengshui, Chongqing Time：2025/11/21

In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party and vigorously advance rural revitalization, a working group of CFPD, led by Deputy Secretary-General Liu Zhenzhong, conducted a research visit to Pengshui County, Chongqing, from November 13 to 15. The purpose of the visit was to inspect and discuss the implementation of the "Pengshui Image Enhancement" assistance project. The visit was attended by Vice Chief Executive of Pengshui County Liu Shuang and Han Xu, the First Secretary of Party stationed in Dongliu Village, Baojia Town.

During the visit, the working group toured the Pengshui Vocational Education Center, the No. 3 Primary School, and the Miao Medicine Center. The working group conducted on-site inspections to understand the relevant details of the assistance projects and held discussions with local people on promoting the "going global" of ethnic intangible cultural heritage projects such as batik, Miao embroidery, and paper-cutting. At the county's assistance work symposium, the working group engaged in enthusiastic exchanges with leaders from the County Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the Education Commission, and the Culture and Tourism Commission. They discussed the progress of the "Pengshui Image Enhancement" project and explored intentions for future assistance and cooperation.

Furthermore, while in Chongqing, the working group also met with donors to exchange views on public welfare and charity projects.
