On April 24, Vice Secretary-General Liu Zhenzhong graciously meets with Daw Win Lei , the former Director of U.S. Affairs at Myanmar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

In Liu Zhenzhong’s welcome address, Liu Zhenzhong extended his heartfelt gratitude for the visit and acknowledged the significant contributions of Daw Win Lei Yixing’s father in nurturing China-Myanmar relations. He offered a concise overview of the foundation's international public welfare and charity initiatives, with a particular focus on their efforts in Myanmar. Liu underscored the necessity of maintaining close cooperation between relevant Myanmar organizations and the foundation's office in Myanmar, encouraging continued support to further strengthen the bonds between the people of the two nations.

Daw Win Lei  expressed profound gratitude for the foundation's contributions to Myanmar's education and healthcare sectors, particularly highlighting the "Bright Journey" project, which has substantially benefited Myanmar's cataract patients. She observed that the foundation's initiatives have directly enhanced the lives of local residents and garnered widespread recognition from both the government and the public. Daw Win Lei  voiced her hope for continued collaboration with the foundation to further promote grass root friendship and strengthen the enduring ties between China and Myanmar.
