Secretary General Xu Jianguo Met with Kem ReatViseth, the Chairman of the Civil Society Alliance Forum, Cambodia Time：2023/09/01

On the afternoon of August 30th, Secretary General Xu Jianguo met with a five-people delegation led by Kem ReatViseth, Chairman of Civil Society Alliance Forum, Cambodia. The two sides had an in-depth exchange of views on cooperation in carrying out livelihood projects in Cambodia.

Secretary General Xu Jianguo said that Cambodia is a close neighbor of China, an important country along the "the Belt and Road", and we two organizations are long-term friendly partners. The Foundation is willing to carry out more livelihood projects in Cambodia, so that local people of Cambodia can enjoy real benefits from the friendship between the two countries.

Kem ReatVisethstated that the school and poverty alleviation village projects supported by the Foundation in Cambodia have achieved good social results, and the CSAF and various sectors of Cambodian society have been expressing their deep gratitude. This year marks the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Cambodia, as well as the Year of Friendship between the two countries. We hope that we two organizations can take this opportunity to carry out more practical cooperation.
