On the afternoon of August 25, Zhang Maoyu, Deputy Director of the China International Development Cooperation Agency and led delegation visited the China Foundation and Peace Development for research, and in depth understanding of the experience and practice of the CFPD in international cooperation.

Secretary General Xu Jianguo and Deputy Secretary General Wang Hua respectively introduced the basic information, major projects and work features of the CFPD, Deputy Director Zhang Maoyu spoke highly of the CFPD's achievements in international cooperation, especially in promoting people to people communication, and that we should attach importance to the unique role of social organizations in foreign aid, guide and support the development of social organizations and jointly do a good job in international cooperation.

Liu Kaiyang, Deputy Director of the International Exchange and Coordination Management Office of International Department, Central Committee of CPC; Tian Lin, Director of the Department of International Cooperation of China International Development Cooperation Agency; and Tang Ying, Deputy Director General of Policy and Planning Division of China International Development Cooperation Agency, and other relevant comrades participated in the research and had in-depth exchanges with the CFPD on issues related to future cooperation.
