On the afternoon of July 14, Wang Yajun, Vice Minister of the International Department. Central Committee of CPC and Secretary of the Party Committee, made a special trip to China Foundation for Peace and Development (CFPD) to guide party building for the grassroots level.

Xu Jianguo, Secretary General of the CFPD and Branch Secretary of the party branch, briefly reported on the work of the Party branch of the CFPD since its establishment, and introduced the direction and measures for the next step. Wang Yajun fully affirmed the achievements made by the Party branch of the CFPD since its establishment, and put forward clear requirements for further improving the work of Party building for the grassroots level. And he hoped that the Party branch of the CFPD will adhere to the political orientation and direction, and constantly strengthen the "Four Consciousness", consciously enhance the "Four Self-Confidence", and firmly achieve the "Two Maintenance", strive to improve the level of ideological understanding and promote the work of the CFPD to make new achievements.
