The Second Council of China Foundation for Peace and Development Held the Third Meeting Time：2019/12/13

On the afternoon of December 11, 2019, the second council of China Foundation for Peace and Development held the third meeting in Beijing. Chairman Gao Yunlong presided over the meeting and made a speech. Vice chairmen Li Ruogu, Zhao Weiguo, Li Ran and Members of the Board Yu Xiangdong, Tian Chao, Xu zewei, Xu Jianguo and Pan Dongfeng attended the meeting, supervisor Ma Mengjiang attended the meeting. The vice chairman and the members of the council who absent from the meeting have authorized relevant personnel to attend the meeting respectively. 

The meeting heard <The proposal on adjusting the members of the Second Council of CFPD>. After deliberation, it was agreed to add Zhao Weiguo, Li Ran and Li Shaoqiang as the Members of the Board of the Second Council, add Zhao Weiguo and Li Ran as the Vice Directors of the Second Council, and remove Lv Yuan from the Second Council.

The meeting deliberated and adopted <The work summary and 2020 work plan of CFPD>, <The report on the maintenance and appreciation of CFPD in 2019 and the financial budget arrangement in 2020>, <The proposal on amending the constitution of CFPD> and <The situation description on the change of registered capital>.

The meeting gave full affirmation to the recent work of foundation, and believed that under the leadership of the Chairman, under the support, supervision and help of the leader of the competent business units and all of the members of the board and supervisors, the foundation has made positive progress in all its work, and it is hoped that all members of the foundation will continue to make efforts to be good ambassadors of people to people, and make steady progress towards building a first-class domestic and internationally renowned foundation.
