Groundbreaking Ceremony of Philippines-China Friendship Bolton Central Elementary School Project was Held in Davao City Time：2017/10/30

On August 8 of 2017, the groundbreaking ceremony for Philippines-China Friendship Bolton Central Elementary School project sponsored by CFPD was held in Davao City. The honorable attendees include the privileged representative of Sarah Duterte, Mayor of Davao City Government of the Philippines, April Marie C. Dayap, Councilor of Davao City and Jesse C. Agbulos, Director of TEAM Humanity, among other representatives of students, teachers, parents and the locals totaled at about more than 100 people.                                           

The Philippines-China Friendship Bolton Central Elementary School is one of the first batch public livelihood projects launched by CFPD in the Philippines. The two local cooperators are the Davao City Government and a local NGO titled as TEAM Humanity. According to the Agreement signed by the three parties, CFPD shall raise fund to support the Philippine side for construction of a standardized 3-storey teaching-building on the original site of the School in Davao City. The total construction areas of the project have to be no less than 1000 square meters. The contents of the project have to be consisted of 9 classrooms, blackboards, desks, chairs, lamps, fans, audio-visual equipment and so on. The three parties unanimously agreed to build the School project into “A Model Project” in symbolizing Philippines-China Friendship.

The construction period starts from August 2017 to August 2018.
