CFPD signed a MOC with the Cambodian Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health Time：2017/10/11

On September 20, 2017, Liu Yunshan, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and secretary of the Central Secretariat, and Hun Sen, Cambodian Prime Minister jointly witnessed the process of signing the 2017-2019 Civil Project Memorandum of Cooperation by Liu Kaiyang, authorized representative of CFPD and deputy secretary general of China NGO Network for International Exchange and Morbenshin, the Minister of Health of Cambodia and Hamchoonaloo, Minister of Education, Youth and Sports in Peace Building, Phnom Penh.

According to the memorandum, CFPD will raise a certain amount of project funds every year from 2017 to 2019 to specifically fund civil projects jointly implemented by CFPD and the two aforesaid ministries. Those projects will mainly focus on needs of building community medical clinics and schools, implementing itinerary medical services, giving educational articles in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Takeo, and Sihanoukville.
