Meeting of Changing the Board of CFPD (the First Meeting of the Second Board of Dirctors and the First Meeting of the Second Board of Supervisors) held in Beijing Time：2018/10/20

On October 19, 2018, the Meeting of Changing the Board of CFPD (the First Meeting of the Second Board of Directors and the First Meeting of the Second Board of Supervisors) was held in Beijing. Those who attended the meeting included H.E. Mr. Gao Yunlong, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Chairman of the Second Board of CFPD, H.E. Mr. Sun Jiazheng, Vice Chairman of the 11th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and Chairman of the First Board of CFPD, H.E. Mr. Li Ruogu, Former Chairman, President and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Export-Import Bank of China, Vice Chairman of CFPD and other members of Board of Directors and Supervisors.   H.E. Mr. Wang Yajun, Vice Minister of International Department of Central Committee of CPC（IDCPC）, which directly supervised the business of CFPD, presided over the meeting. H.E. Mr. Song Tao, Minister of IDCPC, was invited to attend the meeting and delivered a speech.

The board members listened to the documents included Suggested Namelist for the Second Board of Directors and Supervisors of CFPD, Recommendation for the Nomination of the Deputy Secretary General of CFPD, Explanation of Modification of the Charter of CFPD and Work Report of the First Board of CFPD, and elected the Second Board of Directors and Supervisors. The meeting reviewed and approved minutes of the First Meeting of the Second Board of Directors and the First Meeting of the Second Board of Supervisors.
