The Launch Ceremony of China-Mongolia Khuumun Kindergarten Held in Mongolia Time:2016/10/24
On October 2, 2016, the launch ceremony of China-Mongolia Khuumun Kindergarten that funded by China Foundation for Peace and Development (CFPD) was held in Tuv Aimag Province of Mongolia. Liu Yunshan, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Secretary of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee, who was paying an official goodwill visit to Mongolia, Xing Haiming, Ambassador of China to Mongolia, M. Enkhbold, Chairman of the Mongolian People’s Party, Chairman of the State Great Khural, J. Batsuuri, Minister of Education, Culture and Science, and J. Batjargal, Governor of Tuv Aimag Province, attended the ceremony. Liu Yunshan and M. Enkhbold respectively delivered speeches and jointly unveiled the nameplate of the kindergarten. Liu Yunshan said that the importance of China-Mongolia cooperation is pragmaticism. We should pay more attention to common people, to their livelihood and future. Khuumun kindergarten is the symbol of China-Mongolia friendship and he hopes the kindergarten could cultivate more people with aspiration, knowledge and talent for the state and more successors of China-Mongolia friendship. M. Enkhbold stated that Khuumun kindergarten is another result of pragmatic cooperation after the successful implementation of the Pediatric Clinic in Chingeltei District of Ulaanbaatar that implemented by civil society organizations between these two countries. CFPD has been paying close attention to Mongolian child-welfare, the livelihood projects and welfare activities conducted by CFPD have a significant benefit on the contemporary and future generations in
China-Mongolia Friendship Khuumun Kindergarten is funded by CFPD and constructed in collaboration with Khangrid UB and Mongolian Chinese General Chamber of Commerce. The kindergarten’s main building is a two-story building located in Khuumun school, in which there are 3 classrooms, 1 art classroom, as well as dining room, infirmary, bathroom, and laundry room. The usable area of the kindergarten is about 800m2, which can accommodate 150 children at the same time.
