China Foundation for Peace and Development (CFPD) and Khangrid UB of Mongolia signed the 2017-2020 Memorandum of Understanding October 1, 2016. Liu Yunshan, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Secretary of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee, who was paying an official goodwill visit to Mongolia, and M.
