Nepal Media Delegation Time：2016/04/14

At the invitation of CFPD, Mr. Kishor Shereta, chairman of the Nepal-China Media Forum, led a high-level media delegation to China from March 17th to 26th, 2016.

They met with experts from Beijing Foreign Studies University and China Tibetology Research Center in Beijing.  The delegation also exchanged views on media development with their Chinese counterparts in China Radio International and Blue Ocean TV. Except for Beijing, the delegation also visited Sichuan Province. In Chengdu, They had discussions on bilateral relations and international relations with experts, scholars and students of the Institute of South Asia Studies and Sichuan University. While in Ya’an city, the delegation visited the re-habitation projects in the earthquake-hit area as well as new projects in rural areas. They also visited the Ya’an Middle School and met there with students and teachers who have been traveled to Hungary in an outbound study trip sponsored by CFPD after the earthquake in 2013.
