A Delegation of Cambodian Social Governance Senior Seminar Representatives to China Time：2015/12/30

At our invitation, a delegation of 15 Cambodian social governance senior seminar representatives, headed by Mr. Tes Rukhaphal, Deputy Secretary General of Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training, paid a visit to China from December 12th to 24th 2015. The principle members of the seminar delegation are representatives of Cambodian youth, women and labor union.

During their visit in Beijing, delegation members had meetings with leaders from China Foundation for Peace and Development, Ministry of Civil Affairs Administration of Non-Governmental Organization of P.R.C and the management office of social groups of Beijing Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau as well as scholars of Beijing Normal University. Besides, delegation members also visited China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation and Community Service Center in Chaoyang District where meetings were held on the development of social organizations in China, relationship between government and social organizations, the Belt and Road Construction and bilateral relations between China and Cambodia.
 
Except for the visit to Beijing, delegation members had also conducted field trainings of China’s grass-root social management, community building, vulnerable group protection, and minority cultures in Yunnan Province.
